Joe Plegge (rhymes with "Peggy") is a former educator and is currently retired, living with his wife in Dickinson, North Dakota. His father was a U.S. Army dentist, and Joe moved with his family to several duty stations, including a stint in Bangkok, Thailand, during the late 1960s. In the late 1980s, Joe was a civilian instructor at the U.S. Army Armor School at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
